If you are a patient or family member interested in presenting a poster at the conference, please contact us for information regarding potential additional reimbursements.
To encourage trainee participation in the conference we have a limited number of travel awards available, valued up to $600. To be eligible for a travel award, trainees must (1) be selected for a poster presentation , (2) attend one or more of the concurrent training workshops (November 6th), and (3), attend the trainee luncheon (November 7th). The travel scholarship is provided to help defray the costs of registration, hotel accommodations, and travel to the conference.
To apply, select "I would like to be considered for a Travel Scholarship" when you register for the conference.
Additional Participation Incentives (in addition to a Trainee Travel Scholarship):
All participants submitting an Elevator Pitch video will receive an additional $100 REIMBURSEMENT CREDIT toward conference expenses.
All trainees joining the Conference Digest Team and submitting a feature article will receive an additional $100 REIMBURSEMENT CREDIT toward conference expenses.
